Geothermal energy

In order to develop geothermal energy from deep layers, the company STÜWA provides special systems for energy generation.

Vakutec

Vakutec® – vacuum geothermal heat riser mains

In order to generate geothermal heat from deep, dry layers, surface-near ground water is guided downwards via an outer copper line. The heated water is guided upwards via the centrally arranged riser mains. A vacuum between the outer line and the riser mains serves as heat insulator, in order to avoid a thermal bypass between the outer line and the riser mains.

filter systems

Special filter systems

In order to transport thermal water from deep layers, a special nealed wire filter is used. As the pressure in the deep layers is very high, the nealed wire filter is stabilised by a carrier tube.

Premium steel well head

Premium steel well head

A premium steel well head can be used as end element for the wells from which the water for the heat pump is generated. A further application is with accessible geothermal heat probes below concrete foundations (underground car park, basement, etc.).
